Offering a restaurant, Hostal El Españolete is located 50 meters from the bay, behind of Plaza Simon Bolivar. Free WiFi access is available in all rooms. The property is set in a colonial building.
Each room here will provide you with a TV, air conditioning and a patio. Complete with a microwave, the dining area also has a coffee machine. Extras include a terrace and cable channels.

Our hostel is located in a quiet, central part of Santa Marta´s Historical District. We are not a party hostel and we understand how important is a good night rest when you travelling around therefore we make sure that after 10PM all the noise in co

Yes luggage storage is free of charge for the customers that stay with us on the way back from their destination. Otherwise it´s 4000 COP/day/backpack.

When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?

We recommend June and September as alternative months to high season when the weather is still good but there is less people around = better prices and less crowd.

Good hostel to stay in Santa Marta
The owner is really nice and does his best to make you feel at home. The hostel is very well located and has everything you need to cook. Even if the dorm is big, it’s well organised so it’s not too noisy.
The common area it’s a bit small as there is no garden but it’s ok for one night or two.

Amazing hosts..accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and very very friendly. Easy to find, nice dorms in an old style house Good internet Close to the malecon, the beach, quiet street and overall great place
